i have been ghost hunting in the cemetery where i live for about 10 years the ghosts in the cemetery are so use to me being there that they communicate with me all the time. i have made friends with about 6 ghosts there . at first i was not welcome there i was told this on evps and i didnt go around there for about 2 months. and one night i went back and walked around for about 2 hours before i started my investigation to let the spirits get use to me being present. the rest is history i get great evps and have caught images on my thermo meter its great to have a spirit tell me hello after about 1 hour into my investigation.
