Ghost Hunting – Day or Night?
Sep 11th, 2009 | By Webmaster | Category: Podcasts with Fiona Broome
Is night the only (or best) time for ghost research? Can people go ghost hunting during the day?
In this 10-minute podcast, Fiona talks about why most people prefer to investigate after dark.
Mostly, it’s because there are fewer visual distractions and we can more readily sense anomalies such as odd sounds, cold spots, etc.
Some people also believe that the sun’s energy (especially sunspots) can be a factor in how successful we are during investigations. So, they prefer darkness.
However, daytime is an equally good time for ghost hunting, especially if that’s the only time you can access a site such as a haunted cemetery.
In addition, if the anniversary of the tragedy (that created the haunting) took place during daytime hours, the day may be the best time to investigate that particular site.

Saya, I have no answers to your questions, and I doubt that anyone does. These traditions date back hundreds of years, at least, and come from oral traditions, worldwide.
