Important notes

1. All emails are read and appreciated, and noted as important subjects for future articles, podcasts and books.  However, due to the high volume of emails we receive — generally over 500 per day — we cannot reply to them, individually.

2. We do not call people we don’t know in real life, ever.  If you or someone close to you is in danger, call:

• Your minister (for ghosts or spiritual issues)
• A doctor (for physical concerns), or
• The police (if there’s any possibility that it’s a prank)

Demon attacks do not occur suddenly and dramatically.  If you’re worried about demons, and everything was fine last week, you’re probably not dealing with anything demonic.

3. Fiona cannot review ghost photos.  To evaluate your own photos or others’, see our Ghost Photography 101 articles.

4. Fiona is currently focusing on research and writing.  She makes very few personal appearances and conducts no private investigations.  If you’d like to schedule her for an event, contact Marc Tetlow at Ideal Management.

5. We are not affiliated with T.A.P.S. or the “Ghost Hunters” TV shows, and cannot forward emails to them.  (Remember, TAPS and the TV show are two separate entities.   Some members of TAPS appear on the “Ghost Hunters” TV show, but it is produced by a separate company and airs on SciFi/Syfy.)

6. We do not work with minors and generally cannot reply to emails from anyone under 18.

7. Fiona is not adding new members to her research team at this time.

8. Please do not take time away from people who desperately need help.  Even reading “prank” emails takes time, and may delay a response to someone in dire need of help.  Fiona has written about this issue twice, in Possessed? Need help? and Nonsense emails.

9. If you need help from a local ghost hunting team, we can only recommend members of the TAPS family of investigators.
